A deeply relaxing and immersive experience Somara Sound Healing is a soothing, nurturing and immersive therapeutic experience that includes a sound bath meditation. It helps to restore calm in your mind, body and spirit, leaving you feeling supported, nurtured and deeply relaxed. Enjoy the healing vibrations of ancient instruments including crystal and Tibetan bowls, wind gongs, shakers, tingshas, and ocean drums. The different sound waves help to calm the nervous system, connect you with your chakra energy and restore peace in your mind, body and spirit. Each session starts with a guided meditation to bring you into the present moment.

Cancellation Policy
All yoga and soundbath healing sessions are booked and paid for in advance and are non-refundable. Massage bookings are paid in advance and are cancellable up to 48 hours in advance in order to receive a full refund. After this time sessions are non-refundable. Outdoor hot tub and sauna bookings are provisional and confirmed on the day, based on weather conditions. This is an outdoor experience and cannot be enjoyed in rain and high wind conditions. Payment in-house on confirmation.
