Breakfast Chef
£13-£15 per hour

We are looking for competent kitchen assistant who will be able to train and grow in the role who are interested in food and can learn on the job. The ideal candidate will be able to produce a consistently high standard of work, be eager to learn, with immaculate presentation and attention to detail using local fresh produce to deliver exemplary breakfasts at our super-friendly 11 bed boutique hotel.

Our restaurant seats 30 guests/diners comfortably with a focus on excellence throughout their stay experience. Interested applicants must be energetic, positive, remain calm during busy periods and be prepared to complete each service in full, including a thorough clean-down and filling out the health and safety checklists. Full training will of course be given

We offer flexible options for hours - at minimum a typical breakfast shift is 7.30am - 12.30pm. Those interested in applying for a full-time position with a breakfast focus can prep for evening service and/or consider some split shift options
