The restaurant at Porth Beach Hotel offers a smorgasbord of elevated seaside classics, served up by Chef Patron Anj, who brings both flair and finesse to every dish. Having honed her skills at Leiths School of Food and Wine in London, Anj’s cooking is rooted in quality, creativity, and a genuine love of feeding people well.

We champion the best of local and seasonal produce—think prawn cocktail and scallops, ale-battered catch of the day, fillet steak Diane, moules marinière, and crème brûlée. Why not enjoy the catch of the day perfectly paired with a chilled bottle of Picpoul? A selection of Sicilian-inspired stone-baked pizzas also features, adding a relaxed and flavourful twist to the menu
