Coastal Restoration, Yoga, and Real Food
This isn't a typical wellness retreat with deprivation diets and rigid schedules. It's coastal restoration - yoga with ocean views, Anj's chef-trained cooking (proper food, not punishment), wellness sessions, and time to actually rest.
October in Cornwall means quieter beaches, dramatic coastlines, and perfect weather for coastal walks. The retreat is intentionally small (12 guests maximum) so you get personal attention, not factory-line wellness.
Retreat Schedule

Friday – Arrive & Unwind

An internet entrepreneur turned award-winning retailer, Anj relocated to Cornwall in 2017 with her family to pursue a dream of coastal living.
Since then, she has transformed the hotel into a boutique “hometel,” blending global inspiration from her travels with a warm, personal approach to hospitality. Trained at the prestigious Leiths School of Food and Wine, she brings a passion for food alongside her background in tourism, business, and even Disney University!
Fluent in French, German, and Italian, and a keen yoga enthusiast, she has shaped both the hosting style and wellness offering — creating a relaxed, luxurious experience rooted in what is also her family home.
