Check In/Check Out Times
Check in is from 3pm. You are welcome to arrive earlier. We will issue you a hotel key-card to come and go as you wish, leave your car, use the facilities. We can call you/WhatsApp you if your room is ready before 3pm
Check-out is at 11am. You are welcome to leave luggage for collection later and please enquire about leaving vehicles in the car park for slightly longer. Late check-out is not always possible but can be requested
Cancellation Policy
FREE CANCELLATION if cancelled more than 14 days in advance. Your deposit will be refunded.
If a booking is cancelled less than 14 days in advance, the deposit will be forfeited.
In the case of a no show, the full booking cost will be charged.
Deposit Requirements
Our general terms for deposits are as follows: 50% of the overall booking fee will be charged 30 days prior to your arrival date. The balance will be taken a day before arrival. Your stay therefore will be fully paid on arrival. These transactions happen automatically via our secure server so you don't actually need to do anything. Confirmations and receipts are sent automatically.
(Payment terms on special offers and deals may differ to the above terms and will be clearly outlines.
Direct Booking Benefits
By booking directly with us on our website we can 100% guarantee the cheapest rates - all the rates are 15% less than featured on other online commissionable travel agents such, as booking.com.(http://booking.com) We have passed on as much of the commission fee to you, the guest, as we possibly can.
Also if there are any changes you would like to make to your booking it is easily managed with us directly. Amends via a third party have to happen with them, as they own your booking not us, so this can make life more complicated - we are not in the business of complications!
Booking directly gives us your contact details so we can send you a pre-arrival info email with all the info you need including spa bookings, dinner reservations, parking and local information you might need prior to arrival - this will come to as well via bookings.com (http://bookings.com)but all the useful links will be disabled which isn't helpful to your experience
Payment Options
We accept all major credit cards.
Payment terms are 50% of the booking fee is charged 30 days prior to arrival. The balance is charged on the day before your arrival. When you arrive you are happily paid in full - you already don't have to lift a finger!
On site we accept all major credit cards and Pound Sterling - we do not exchange currency.
