Service Description
We offer a bespoke holistic or sports therapy massage treatments. Based on Ayurvedic, Swedish, sports and myofascial release techniques. Choose from the following: Shiro Massage (scalp, face and neck) 30 minutes Pada Massage (lower leg and feet) 30 minutes Marma Massage (back, neck and shoulder) 60 minutes Full Body Holistic Massage 75 minutes Why not book an additional pre-treatment hydrotherapy and Swedish sauna session? (weather dependent)
Cancellation Policy
All yoga and soundbath healing sessions are booked and paid for in advance and are non-refundable. Massage bookings are paid in advance and are cancellable up to 48 hours in advance in order to receive a full refund. After this time sessions are non-refundable. Outdoor hot tub and sauna bookings are provisional and confirmed on the day, based on weather conditions. This is an outdoor experience and cannot be enjoyed in rain and high wind conditions. Payment in-house on confirmation.
