Massage Treatments We offer bespoke holistic and sports therapy massage treatments, drawing on Ayurvedic, Swedish, sports, and myofascial release techniques. Each treatment is tailored to your individual needs, whether you’re looking to relax, restore, or relieve tension. Shiro Massage (scalp, face & neck) 30 minutes Pada Massage (lower legs & feet) 30 minutes Marma Massage (back, neck & shoulders) 60 minutes Full Body Holistic Massage 75 minutes Enhance your experience by adding a pre-treatment hydrotherapy and Swedish sauna session (weather dependent), designed to prepare the body and deepen relaxation.
Cancellation Policy
All yoga and soundbath healing sessions are booked and paid for in advance and are non-refundable. Massage bookings are paid in advance and are cancellable up to 48 hours in advance in order to receive a full refund. After this time sessions are non-refundable. Outdoor hot tub and sauna bookings are provisional and confirmed on the day, based on weather conditions. This is an outdoor experience and cannot be enjoyed in rain and high wind conditions. Payment in-house on confirmation.
